BOARD OF ADVISORS

Dr. Shindale Seale is a cultural equity and diversity strategist who employs leadership and performance optimization concepts to help entrepreneurs, corporate and academic stakeholders, and Diversity & Inclusion professionals identify and reach their organizational culture goals.

For over two decades, Dr. Seale served in various leadership and training roles and sectors, including the corporate environment, academia, and the non-profit arena. Her work has focused on business performance optimization, staff development, and creating sustainable and equitable working environments. She provides DE&I, leadership, and staff training to all sectors, including education, law, state, law enforcement, and utility departments, as well as emerging tech and research companies across the nation. Her research and consulting on creating equitable solutions in gender, race, age, and ability matters have made her a sought-after subject matter expert and speaker.

In addition to her consulting services, Dr. Seale is the curator of the Inglewood Small Business Academy, dedicated to providing resources for disadvantaged small business owners throughout Inglewood, California. She was the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion inaugural Program Chair at the University of California Santa Cruz - Silicon Valley Extension, where she also developed and taught courses on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the workplace and academia. Dr. Seale is also a Professor at the University of Redlands, where she teaches Leadership, Organizational Change, and Business Communication. In addition to all of this, Dr. Seale is the Founder of Our Community Mentors, a non-profit organization in South Los Angeles that works to provide academic, professional, and quality-of-life resources for marginalized groups in the area.

Dr. Seale holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Master of Education degree, both from the University of Southern California (USC). She also earned her Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Language and Linguistics from California State University at Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).

Valerie Kabov, is an educator, scholar, art critic and art historian as well as art advocate and art entrepreneur focused on contemporary art, its audiences, globalisation, decoloniality and economic equity, with a focus in contemporary art in Africa.

She is the co-founder of First Floor Gallery Harare, Zimbabwe’s leading contemporary art space, as well as co-founder in 2016 of African Art Galleries Association and in 2019 the Emerging Painting Invitational, pan-African painting prize (2019). She sits on the Advisory Board of East African Museum of Art Nairobi (EAMAN).

Valerie holds a MA in Art History & Theory (Curatorship, Cultural Economics),University of Sydney, and LLB, B.Com from University of Melbourne, Australia. She has been based in Harare, Zimbabwe since 2010.

Luke Ryan is a seasoned Digital Sales Manager at a prominent media company, where he spearheads innovative digital sales strategies, integrating the latest in AI and technology. His leadership has consistently led teams to surpass targets, emphasizing team training, growth, and the adoption of cutting-edge digital tools. Luke's professional journey is marked by his role as the creator of a technology-focused show, Into The Tech, reflecting his passion for tech and ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging. His expertise also extends to advisory roles in high-stakes environments, including the Homeland Security Subcommittee, demonstrating his capacity to handle complex tech-related issues with professionalism.

Alongside his professional endeavors, Luke dedicates significant time and energy to philanthropic causes, particularly those close to his heart. He is an active supporter of The Cure JM Foundation and Boston Children's Hospital, organizations leading the fight against juvenile myositis, a rare autoimmune disease that his son, Liam, courageously battles. Through leveraging modern media and marketing strategies, Luke's family amplifies awareness and support for these causes. Their efforts include sharing Liam's inspiring story, aiming to educate and inspire others. This dedication to social good showcases Luke's ability to use his expertise in digital media and marketing to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector.

Jami Lah is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in building international strategic partnerships that drive exponential impact and brand awareness. As a visionary connector, she brings together CEOs, investors, inventors, and thought leaders to catalyze lucrative initiatives globally. Jami's passion lies in identifying and nurturing technologies and immersive experiences that positively impact individuals and society.

She is the founder of Lifelong Learning Worldwide, where she has produced and curated over 30 TEDx events, including TEDxStGeorge, TEDxSanDiego, TEDxCincinnati, TEDxPudangAve in Shanghai China, and TEDxSemesterAtSea over the past 14 years. Jami's TEDx talks have reached millions, spreading impactful ideas on sustainability, health, art, community, and cutting-edge technologies.

Dr. David Nelson has been a teacher, professional development specialist, and educational administrator since 1990. From 2019-2024, he served as the High School Principal at the American Community School of Athens, and in 2024, he will begin as the next High School Principal at Lincoln School—the American International School of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Dr. Nelson has a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Wilkes University, a Master's degree in Education from Western Oregon State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Pacific University, Oregon.

Dr. Nelson specializes in building collaborative environments that allow students and professionals to engage more deeply in dialogue, inquiry, and creative problem-solving, all to make their communities a better place for living and learning.

Dr. Nelson has worked with the National School Reform Faculty®, Bloomington, Indiana, since 2012 as an International Facilitator/Trainer specializing in collaborative group processes and Critical Friends Group® work. He has conducted trainings and workshops worldwide, including in Greece, Guatemala, India, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, UAE, and in over ten States in the USA. Dr. Nelson has remained highly active working with other international schools through the Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA), where he also served as the school representative for over ten years and, more recently, as a member of the Professional Development Advisory Committee (PDAC).

Dr. Nelson is the founder and creator of the Equity Maps® app, a discussion mapping Ed-tech visualization tool for the iPad. It is used by thousands of educators worldwide in 64 countries who seek to engage all voices in the classroom.

Wyatt Jones serves as Chair of the Youth Advisory Board, a role that began with The Multarity Project® and is now evolving into the broader Future of Dialogue sphere. A young traveler, yoga instructor, and emerging leader, Wyatt brings a fresh perspective shaped by deep inquiry, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Wyatt is committed to supporting healing and transformation in others. His leadership experience in the workplace, combined with a profound desire to connect with people, makes him a natural guide for young leaders exploring their own paths of discovery. As Chair, Wyatt helps bring youth voice, reflection, and leadership into the future of this work.

Oviya Singh is a 14-year-old changemaker, environmental activist, and systems thinker working at the intersection of youth leadership and climate action. As the Founder of Rising Changemakers and Co-founder of Youth Today Magazine, she leads with a focus on building movements—not moments—by equipping young people to create tangible, community-rooted change.

Her work centers on reshaping narratives, scaling impact-driven initiatives, and fostering spaces where empathy and critical thinking drive real outcomes. Recognized by Dell Technologies and invited to speak at platforms including the University of Oxford, she believes young voices aren’t just the future but the force of the present, turning awareness into action and dialogue into direction.

Mia Collins is 16 years old and currently in 10th grade. Having lived in Egypt, Morocco, Brazil, India, and now Argentina, Mia brings a global perspective shaped by empathy, openness, and a deep appreciation for human connection. She is someone who cares deeply about helping people feel heard and understood.

Mia joined the Youth Advisory Board because she values empathy and believes in creating spaces where everyone feels supported. She is especially passionate about LGBTQ+ rights and equality, and she hopes to bring thoughtful, honest feedback to the conversations she is part of. Outside of school, Mia enjoys baking, especially brownies, running, and walking her dog.

Elijah Thrash is a student at American University in Washington, DC, studying International Relations and Religion. Elijah’s passion in the Multarity Project stemmed from growing up in Portland, Maine, and living abroad in Helsinki, Finland. As an international student, he was drawn to multicultural communities, such as his club basketball team, helping him recognize how social change occurs through collaboration and communication. At American University, Elijah also mentors 4th-6th-grade students with DC Reads, an Education Equity program connected to local public schools.  goes here
